The San Francisco Fleet is committed to provide quality loaner boats to all qualified entrants.

Charters
Costs
for charter will be based on costs incurred to set up private
charters.It is recommended that charters are set up 4 -
6 months ahead of the regatta to allow time for setting
up the charter arrangements. Overseas competitors will have
a priority for charter boats. Boat charters will be separate
from the official regatta activities. Brickyard Cove Yachts
will seek out of town boats to help fulfill the charter
boat needs.

Cove Yachts also has charter boats with sails available
for individual local 2005 fleet events prior to the
Worlds. See sfetchells.org
website for the Schedule. For these events charter boat
pricing will be $100/day. Local charter boat availability
will be on a first come basis.
Insurance for boat
charters will be considered in all boat charters. It is easiest for competitors
to get a rider on their insurance for their own boat instead of setting
up a new insurance account for charter boats. Brickyard Cove Yachts can
help with the insurance needs for daily charters for local events.
It
will be expected that all competitors return boats in
the same condition that they received them. The Official
Regatta activities will require that those chartering
boats have their names on other hull certificates to
conform to IECA rules.
